I bought a Kibu headset 5 months ago to take on a family holiday without really knowing which grandchild should be given it. The grandchildren were 13, 11 and 6 years old at the time. I need not have worried. The two older children had great fun unpackaging the components and then following the instruction about how to build it and the youngest was given the headset at the end. There was a real sense of achievement when it was finished and we tested it. It worked! A great idea to use recycled materials and to make the instructions accessible by scanning a QR code. The step by step videos were easy to follow but could be rerun when we were unsure. Minimal adult input was required. Very beautifully package too. Very easy. The instructions were very clear and easy to access by scanning the QR code using a smartphone. It was great to find that there were videos for each stage of the process so that we could rewatch them individually.

The fact that they can't turn the volume up beyond recommended decibel levels is one less thing to worry about, as a parent. The daisy chain system works well. The kids are obsessed, and we're enjoying some peace and quiet in the car!

A great product ! Easy to build, fun, and quite a great sound for a "kid" product ! Clear and simple Tutorial in vidéo. Perfect for children ! Maybe soon a french speaking Tutorial ? The headphones are easy to build, except for the second part of the head band, to be slided into the rigid upper headband.
